Cytochrom P450 1A1

Das CYP1A1-Gen kodiert ein Enzym der Cytochrom P450-Familie. Diese Enzyme sind für den Medikamentenstoffwechsel und die Synthese von Lipiden und Steoidhormonen verantwortlich. Sie befinden sich auf dem endoplasmatischen Retikulum.
