Als neprotisches Syndrom bezeichnen wir einen Komplex nephrologischer Symptome, bei welchem eine Proteinurie mit massiven Eiweißverlusten im Vordergrund steht.

Bei allen Erkrankungen aus der Gruppe der kongenitalen nephrotischen Syndrome erreicht die Proteinurie meist nephrotische Bereiche (mehr als 3,5g/d). |
